The two main functions are nsinc.d() and\nnsinc.z(). They provide the Pearson’s correlation coefficients\nof signal proportions in different memberships within a\nconcerned proximity of every signal (or every base signal if\nsingle direction colocalization is considered) across all\n(base) signals using two different ways of normalization. The\nproximity sizes could be an individual value or a range of\nvalues, where the default ranges of values are different for\nthe two functions.",
